Thermal Imaging and Vibration Analysis

To increase the life expectancy of our customer’s HVAC equipment, Automated Facility Solutions has on staff certified technicians that can perform predictive maintenance using state or the art thermal imaging and vibration analysis equipment. These test instruments can allow us to identify potential issues with bearings, fan assemblies and most any moving mechanical portion of a system without shutting down the equipment. The thermal imaging camera allows our technician to locate “Hot Spots” in electrical circuits to locate loose connections or components that are subject to failure under extreme load conditions. Fully trained and compliant to NFPA 70E-2004 arc-flash safety requirements, our technicians can perform all imaging and testing on electrical services without the need of powering the system off.

Utilizing the Trend Controls Building Access System, built on the Niagara AX platform, Automated Facility Solutions can provide an access system for your facility that can be stand alone or fully integrated into a total building automation system.

With this Web-based secure access controller a customer can monitor and remotely connect to the security of their facility from anywhere internet access is accessible.

Energy Analysis and Energy Sustainable Solutions

With an on staff Certified Energy Engineer (CEM) Automated Facility Solutions can analyze our customer’s energy usage and requirements, identify the equipment and processes that consume the most amount of energy and provide cost effective solutions to reduce that energy consumption. With our Energy Sustainable Solutions program, we focus on the no cost/low cost measures first that will gain the greatest amount of energy savings with very little investment. This allows our customer’s to reap the benefits of energy savings to assist with some of the solutions that may have a higher up front cost to implement.
